Lifting Electromagnet MW03 for Handling Plate Blanks
Applications:
Applied to lifting and transferring huge steel ingots, continuous casting plate blanks and heavy steel plates. Please use two lifting electromagnets to operate on the plate banks at the length of exceeding 6 meters in order to avoid the material tilting caused by off-center.
Features:
1. The optimum magnetic circuit is designed according to that whole billets have the characteristic of big magnetic conductivity. which is of small power consumption, light weight large lifting capacity and reliable operation.
2. The coil is made of aluminum wire which has fine performance of heat-resistance. The insulation treatments adopt the vacuum trying & glue filling, which has improved the electrical and mechanical performance of the coils. The insulation grade can reach class C. So this series can wear well under high temperature and worse working conditions.
