Electromagnet Series MW16, MW26, MW36 for Steel Band Rolls
Applications:
This kind of products is suitable for attracting and lifting steel band roll. The products are divided into vertical lifting & transporting type, horizontal lifting & transporting type and general type(which can lift & transport both vertically and horizontally).High-temperature special electromagnet is specially used for new annealed technological process of roll plate. It can work under high temperature of 100℃-600℃,and lift & transport band roll vertically or horizontally.
Vertical lifting & transporting type-the electromagnet attracts and holds the end face of band roll. It is suitable for lifting and transporting packed or unpacked band roll.
Horizontal lifting & transporting type-the electromagnet attracts and holds the side face of band roll,the band roll must be packed and bunched.

MW16、MW26、MW36, These series magnets are of quincuncial type and have movable magnetic poles, which are suitable for lifting and transporting Steel Band Rolls. They have three types of structures:
1. Vertical handling type. Electromagnet absorbs the edge surface of the roiled strip. When the edge surface (shown as B) is convex, concave or orographical and the height difference δ is more than 25mm, by adopting vertical handling the electromagnet can well contact with the edge surface and fully play its lifting capacity as the magnetic poles can move up and down freely. 2. Horizontal handling type. Electromagnet adsorbs the arcuate side-face of the roiled strip. (MW16 Series) |
