Slip Ring, Insulating Ring

Slip ring is the key part of cable reel joining the mobile parts and immobile parts. The insulated ring insulates the slip ring to keep a safe space and make the slip rings insulated to each other.

Cable Bracket
The function of cable bracket is mainly to make the cable enter in along the cable groove direction when spooling off to prevent the cable pressing broken by the wheel because of irregular storage. Value W is confirmed by the cable contour.

Roller Bracket
Roller bracket is the mechanism to link up the I-girder and cable reel, which is mainly used to configure cable reel for single girder electric block. The motherboard size is confirmed by the size of mounting seat of cable reel.

Strand Oscillator
When the cable reel width is larger, the strand oscillator is needed to make the cable coiling in good order on the cable reel. The cable reel outputs power and the cable reel axes is equipped with chain wheel, matching appropriate speed rate according to the cable specification, through the connection between the chain and the chain wheel that equipped on the thread distributing screw, thus to guarantee the cables arranged in good order on the cable reel. It is especially suitable to use in the cases such as medium-sized and small cables or long journey. The automatic strand oscillator has the property of auto cyclic motion, which can be used accompanying with all series of cable reel.
