RCYX Rotating Disc Type Separator
This is our patented product. The existing self-discharging separators are mostly belt type or program controlled disk type. Among which the structure of the belt type separator are complex and get scratched easily by acuate scrap, resulting in a frequent belt replacing. And it is more complicated to control the disk type. The best advantage of this series is the material to be attracted has no need to touch the separator body.
Working principle: there is a strong magnetic field produced by permanent magnet system or electromagnet. A rotary disc is mounted without touching the bottom of the separator under the magnet system and its diameter is about twice as big as that of separator. When magnetic material passing through and being attracted, it would soon be moved out of the belt where the attract force gets weak and go on being moved to collecting bucket under the function of centrifugal force and gravity.
Note:
1. As the rotating diameter is two times that of belt width, please make sure enough space for installation before selecting it.
2. This separator equipment can also adopt separators of super-strong magnetic field series G1, G2 or G3.
