RCYG Pipeline type permanent-magnet separator
Pipeline type permanent magnetic separator series RCYG consists of non-magnetic pipeline and permanent magnet, which is specially used for removing iron from non-magnetic materials inside the pipeline. The permanent magnetic separator adopts high-performance rare earth strong magnetic materials to form composite magnetic system, featuring compact, strong magnetic force, light weight, fully removing, convenient, no energy consumption, and durable, which is suitable for the occasion without conveyer that can only provided chute feeder. When the loose materials pass through the pipeline type separator, steel scraps are attached by permanent-magnet of high field intensity. Open the special door of the pipeline to remove the scraps. This unit is suitable for less iron content. The product series is mainly applied for removing scraps from feeder pipeline in cement industry, chemical industry, coal industry, plastic industry, refractory industry, building industry, medicine industry and so on. It is installed at the feed inlet or outlet of the conveyer or hoist. Upper and lower interface can be made to order. |
