RCDD self-cooling electromagnetic separator
This product series is self-cooling electromagnet separator in long term shift. It is designed platform, roller, iron discharge belt and etc. Suspended over the belt conveyer, through the movement of the iron discharge belt, this separator will auto throw away the iron magnetic foreign articles which are attracted by the electromagnet into iron selecting box.
This separator series is suitable to remove iron magnetic foreign articles from thicker bed of materials and materials of bigger granularity such as ores, coal, hard coke and limestone and other materials rich in iron.

This separator series is used along with the metal detector. The separator won't work to separate mixed iron until the metal detector sends a signal, so to save power and energy greatly. The electromagnet is designed to be operated in short term shift. Compared with those on continuous duty, this product series has stronger iron-removing capacity, which is suitable to remove iron from materials mixed with less iron and can meet high requirements for iron-removing rate. |
