RCDD self-cooling electromagnetic separator

This product series is self-cooling electromagnet separator in long term shift. It is designed platform, roller, iron discharge belt and etc. Suspended over the belt conveyer, through the movement of the iron discharge belt, this separator will auto throw away the iron magnetic foreign articles which are attracted by the electromagnet into iron selecting box.
This separator series is suitable to remove iron magnetic foreign articles from thicker bed of materials and materials of bigger granularity such as ores, coal, hard coke and limestone and other materials rich in iron.

RCDD-□-10 self-Cooling Belt type Energy-economized electromagnetic separator
This series ask for a combination with metal detector. The separator won't work until the metal detector sends a signal. In that case, energy gets saved a lot. Designed as a short term shift, they have strong excitation and compared with those on continuous duty, their capacity of iron-removing is more powerful, which are thus suitable for high demand of removing iron while the ironcontent is not much.
