RCDPS Ores Recovery Belt Type E-Separator
Ores auto recovery type electromagnet separator series RCDPS adopts composite magnetic field structure to remove the iron pieces form magnetic ores on continuous duty. It is designed to include the functions of attracting iron, separating iron from ores, recovering ores and throwing away the iron. The principle is as follows: when the metal detector detects the iron passing through, an immediate signal will be sent to program control unit, thus the program control unit will provide strong field current for the electromagnet separator, at then, the iron pieces will be attracted by the strong magnetic force on arrival at the bottom of the separator, and some ores will inevitably be taken out if the magnetic force is much more strong; meanwhile, the discharge belt of the belt type separator will handle the materials to the weak magnetic field area. In the weak magnetic field area, for the magnetism difference between the magnetic iron and the iron, magnetic ores will not be attracted and drop onto the conveyer belt, then to be recovered; the iron pieces will continue to be handled to the non-magnetic area and then thrown to the iron discharge box at a certain speed. The distinct difference between this series and series RCDP is that the former is operated on continuous duty. As the separator and conveyer belt adopt horizontal setting, without middle platform of RCDP and others, the needed space is less.
It is suitable for removing iron magnetic foreign articles in the magnetite, sintered ores and ball ores. If there is still non-magnetic iron pieces in the ores (high manganese steel), it is suitable to arrange one more metal detector behind the separator, through detecting, warning, locating, thus the iron pieces can be picked up manually after the equipment is stopped. |
