Super-strong separator series G1, G2 and G3With the development of our national economy, the requirement for impurity removal is raised continuously in all trades, and higher material grade of product is needed. For some special applications, the separator produced according to the national standard can't at all meet the high requirement of iron magnetic material removing rate. So, the engineers in our company have earnestly developed super-strong separator series G1, G2 and G3. The super-strong separator is divided into electromagnet type and permanent magnet type according to the magnetic system inside.
According to the magnetism we can know, the attraction power is not only concerned with magnetic intensity but also has a direct relation with magnetic gradient that is F=H* . Super-strong separator series G1, G2 and G3 have the property of strong magnetic intensity, high gradient, farther permeability depth, strong attraction power and etc. At the rated lifting altitude, the magnetic intensity is 1.6, 2.4 and 3.2 times that of national standard products to reach 900GS, 1200GS and 1500GS respectively, and the attraction power is 2.3, 4.4 and 7.6 times that of the national standard products. It has good removing effect for huge and small iron pieces, especially suitable for removing iron from the refined coal, the conveying materials in the port and dock, or before high speed grinding and fan grinding at the power plant, or in other producing places with high requirements.
